Sermon Text: Hebrews 7:1-10
How Great Thou Art
We open our worship gatherings with this reminder of the greatness of God. In response to One so great and so good, my soul longs to sing!
Lamb of God
Christian worship must be characterized by an emphasis on the gospel of Jesus — specifically, we must talk and sing often of the death of Jesus for our sins. It is what we understand as the great exchange of the gospel: Jesus took our sin and gave us His righteousness.
The Lamb of God in my place
Your blood poured out, my sin erased
It was my death You died, I am raised to life
Hallelujah, the Lamb of God
Give Me Jesus
As we prepare for the preaching of the Word, our worship choir will lead in this simple, yet powerful anthem. In the morning, when I am alone, and when I come to die... give me nothing but Jesus!
Grace Flows Down
We will respond to the proclaimed Word with this song of confidence in the grace of God. Indeed, it flows down and covers me.
